About Cambridge in the USA

As a global organization with a 160-year history as part of the University of Cambridge, Cambridge partners with schools and districts around the world with a shared goal of making education transformation a reality. We are a growing presence in the United States—currently we partner with schools in states across the country.

Cambridge offers a unique instructional system across five stages from PreK–12 that aligns rigorous curriculum, teaching and learning, assessment, and resources for students at all levels of achievement.

For students and families

US schools that offer Cambridge programs are part of a global network that uses the Cambridge Pathway to build students’ knowledge and skills in preparation for higher education and careers.

Students and families

For PreK–12 schools and districts

Cambridge provides schools with a dedicated school implementation team and a wide range of support including professional development, teacher resources, and more.

PreK–12 schools and districts

For US higher education

Tens of thousands of students use Cambridge exam grades every year to gain entrance, advanced placement, or credit at leading universities worldwide.

US higher education

“We believe that Cambridge by nature is equitable—in the opportunities that it supplies to students, to the pedagogy which it teaches students.”

Dr. Matt Hayes, Deputy Superintendent, Charlotte-Mecklenburg Schools, North Carolina

“Cambridge students come to our institutions with skillsets that allow them to thrive and be successful in a rigorous academic environment.”

Youlonda Copeland-Morgan, Vice Provost, Enrollment Management, UCLA
